Young Boy Commits Suicide Barely a Week After Posting a Message About Death on Instagram

A young Kano-based young man has reportedly commited suicide barely a week after posting suicidal messages on social media.

It was gathered that he had taken to his Instagram page a week earlier writing: "Ya Allah! Make the pain of death easy for us to bear. Expand & enlighten our graves & make our final abode close to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).''

He has now sadly passed away, and people who knew him have started posting condolence messages on social media.

“I Poisoned My Stepson Because I Hate His Mom And My Husband” – 17year Old Teenage Wife

In Bauchi State, a 17-year-old housewife has said she attempted to kill her rival’s two-week old baby because of the deep hatred she had for her husband and his first wife — the baby’s mother, Punchng reports. Speaking in an interview with newsmen today, the suspect, Hindatu Abdullahi, said her father forced her into the marriage when she was just 15 years old. She said: “My husband, Abdullahi Ori, and I have been married for two years now and we have a child. He married me as his second wife. He used to love me dearly, but he suddenly started maltreating me. He would beat me, insult me and abuse me at the slightest provocation. Thelast has not been heard of the controversy surrounding the death of Tagbo Umeike , friend to Nigerian pop star David Adeleke, popularly called Davido, as the other suspects who were detained by the police have given an insight into what  actually happened the night Tagbo died. Reports credited to the Lagos State Police Command had revealed that Tagbo had a night of heavy drinking and allegedly consumed about 40 shots of Tequila, a strong alcoholic beverage.  He was alleged to be in company of  his friends, including Davido, before his body was abandoned at Lagos Island General Hospital in the early hours of October 3.
