Olori Wuraola is Free Now - Ooni of Ife Allegedly Accepts Bride Price Refund from Zaynab's Family in Benin

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi whose 17-month-old marriage with Olori Zaynab Otiti Obanor crashed some weeks ago, has reportedly accepted a bride price refund from her estranged wife's family in Benin, the Edo state capital.

It was widely reported some days ago that an Ifa priest in Ife alleged that any man that sleeps with the former Olori would die prematurely, and with the Ooni of Ife allegedly accepting bride price refund from Benin, saying that Olori Wuraola 'is free now', it seems like the road is now clear for Obanor to re-marry any man she wants.

In Bauchi State, a 17-year-old housewife has said she attempted to kill her rival’s two-week old baby because of the deep hatred she had for her husband and his first wife — the baby’s mother, Punchng reports. Thelast has not been heard of the controversy surrounding the death of Tagbo Umeike , friend to Nigerian pop star David Adeleke, popularly called Davido, as the other suspects who were detained by the police have given an insight into what  actually happened the night Tagbo died. Reports credited to the Lagos State Police Command had revealed that Tagbo had a night of heavy drinking and allegedly consumed about 40 shots of Tequila, a strong alcoholic beverage.  He was alleged to be in company of  his friends, including Davido, before his body was abandoned at Lagos Island General Hospital in the early hours of October 3.
